4 Pines Park
Brookvale Oval (officially known as 4 Pines Park), is a 18,000-capacity rectangular stadium located in Brookvale, on Sydney's northern beaches. Home of NRL club the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles since 1947, the venue was last redeveloped in 2022 with the opening of the Bob Fulton Stand.
The ground now features four grandstands, with the Jane Try Stand running along the western side the largest. The Ken Arthurson stand is located in the south west corner, named after the long serving Manly-Warringah, NSWRL and ARL administrator. The Lyons-Menzies Stand is located at the southern and and is named after champion Manly players Steve Menzies and Cliff Lyons. The new 3000-seat Bob Fulton Stand at the northern end of Brookvale Oval officially opened in 2022 and incorporates the club's centre of excellence. A grass hill runs along the eastern side of the ground and the venue also features broadcast-quality lights and video screen.
While rugby league is the primary sport played at Brookvale Oval, it also hosts occasional rugby union and soccer matches, including games for the NSW Waratahs and Central Coast Mariners. A record crowd of 27,655 was recorded in 1984 for a Sea Eagles NSWRL home game, however with increased seating, the total capacity is now around 20,000.
Brookvale Oval was renamed 4 Pines Park in June 2021 following a commercial naming rights partnership with the brewery. It was previously known as Lottoland following its first ever naming rights deal in 2017.
