ServiceFM Stadium
The State Centre of Football, commercially known as ServiceFM Stadium, is a new purpose-built football facility in the Adelaide suburb of Gepps Cross in South Australia. First unveiled in 2018, the venue was built on 15ha of vacant land at the State Sports Park (to the east of the Croatian Sports Centre) and opened in early-2022.
The $24 million facility features a main hybrid-grass pitch with a 1000-seat grandstand and a total capacity of 8,000 with a large grass hill surrounding the pitch. There is also two full-size synthetic training pitches, a gym, change rooms, 10 outdoor five-a-side pitches and a two-storey administration centre. The ground is capable of hosting men’s and women’s National Premier Leagues SA games, Australia Cup matches, pre-season A-League fixtures and is also compliant for W-League matches. The new venue will also serve as the training base of the Young Matildas.
