Valley Road Ground
Valley Road Ground is a football facility located in Devonport, Tasmania. Home of the Devonport Strikers Football Club, the venue features a main pitch with a small grandstand with undercover seating, an adjacent pavilion with additional undercover seating in front of it and lighting. The total capacity is around 1,500. Upgrades were completed in April 2022, including refurbished club rooms and additional seating. The venue has hosted a number of FFA Cup matches for the Strikers. There are also two additional pitches at the complex.
The next stage of the Valley Road master plan is underway, with the construction of a new grandstand, incorporating elevated seating for 700 spectators, corporate boxes, function room and two change rooms. The new facility is expected to open in April 2025.
