The WIN Entertainment Centre in Wollongong opened in September 1998 and is a multipurpose indoor facility which hosts a variety of concerts, conventions, exhibitions and sporting events. Broadcaster WIN holds the naming rights to venue.
The facility can accommodate just under 6,000 fans in sports mode but can be configured into nine different modes. Positioned in the heart of Wollongong, the indoor venue is adjacent to WIN Stadium and overlooks the ocean. The venue is home to the Illawarra Hawks who play in the National Basketball League and it has also hosted netball, tennis and boxing.
