University Oval (NZ)
University Oval is Dunedin’s primary cricket ground located close to the city’s iconic university grounds. The venue is spectator friendly with comfortable grass embankments, scenic surrounds and quality facilities.
A significant upgrade completed in the early 2000s has made for an idyllic location for enjoying cricket. The venues has a capacity of 3,500 which can be exanded to 6,000 with the use of temporary stands.
The ground is the home of both the Otago Cricket Association and the University of Otago Rugby Football Club.
