Carisbrook (NZ)

Closed/Former Venue

Carisbrook is the former home of Rugby Union and Cricket in Dunedin. The stadium hosted its last event in mid-2011 and has been replaced by the new Forsyth Barr Stadium. Carisbrook has a long and rich history, opening in 1883, and was home of the Otago Highlanders in the Super Rugby competition. The venue had a capacity of around 29,000. The venue has now been demolished.
