Wanneroo Raceway

Wanneroo Raceway is a racing circuit located in Wanneroo, about 50km north of Perth. Originally known as Wanneroo Park, the circuit first hosted an event in 1969. It hosted the Australian Grand Prix in 1979 and now hosts the Supercars each year. In 2019, it'll host a round of the Supercars under lights - the PIRTEK Perth SuperNight in May. Prior to this, the track will undergo a full resurfacing.

A rebranding of the venue has also recently taken place, to Barbagallo Wanneroo Raceway. It reintroduces the Wanneroo Raceway name that it operated under from 1969-1992, when a deal was struck with local car dealer Alf Barbagallo to fund a short circuit link road and take naming rights to the venue.
