McDonald’s Park
McDonald’s Park is Wagga's premier rectangular sporting venue and the home of Rugby League in the regional city. Originally known as the Wagga Equex Centre, the venue has capacity for 10,000 fans and includes a main grandstand with undercover seating and turfed spectator banks. There is 250-lux lighting suitable for night matches. The venue has been upgraded in 2020, including additional seating either side of the grandstand and on the opposite side, and an extended southern hill.
The venue has hosted pre-season NRL and Super Rugby matches, the City v Country Origin, and in 2019 hosted its first NRL Premiership match between the Canberra Raiders and Penrith Panthers which attracted a sell-out crowd of 10,079.
