Newcastle No.2 Sportsground
The Newcastle No.2 Sportsground is a rectangular sports venue located in Newcastle, next to the oval-shaped No.1 Sportsground. Recent redevelopment works replaced the existing grandstand with a new one featuring terracing and undercover seating, spectator and player facilities and lights. New seating has recently been installed across the entire length of the grandstand.
The venue is the home ground of the Wanderers Rugby Club and it also plays host to football with the Newcastle Jets playing some W-League games at the ground. The estimated capacity is around 5,000.
