Darwin Convention Centre
The Darwin Convention Centre is a world-class venue located on the Darwin Harbour. Opened in 2008, the Centre spans 23,000 square metres and offers a range of flexible event spaces including an Auditorium with tiered seating for 1,200 spectators. This space has been utilised for sports and entertainment events and additional temporary seating can be utilised to further expand the seating capacity. The Centre is managed by ASM Global and also features four column-free halls with a total area of 4,000 square metres. It has previously been speculated the Darwin Convention Centre could be the home of a future NBL expansion franchise.
