Re: The Rugby Thread
Tick....but the cheating I was referring to was the English exchanging balls for Wilkinsons kicks after a try...... I would cheat for that....but I wouldn't exchange my balls

Re: The Rugby Thread
Yes, I didn't think they deserved to win, but at the end of the game, it's what's on the scoreboard that counts. Very interesting that despite it being a dry, sunny day it was the forwards that won the game, not the backs. Quade Cooper had an absolute shocker - really appalling game from him. He's had a very ordinary World Cup, but he was dreadful in this game. McCabe made one crucial tackle, but apart from that he clearly hasn't recovered from his shoulder dislocation properly. Pocock outstanding as usual - probably the reason the Wallabies won in the end.the crow wrote:What a massive game from the Wallabies to win that....winning ugly..but winning none the less.
The All Blacks didn't look all the convincing against Agentina. Dare we hope?

Re: The Rugby Thread
I'm sorry Ian...but NZ needs to feel what it's like to loose a world cup on home soil....Wallabies will win....if Cooper can think before he does something stupid with the ball....again.

I hope Wales beat France, other than New Zealand/South Africa nowhere comes close to having the sort of passion for the game as the Welsh.
