... whilst Melbourne looks certain to go to stage 4 restrictions shortly - car washes shut down, thus dirty cars everywhere, and anyone with a garden get to watch it die of thirst (unless its a cacti garden).
pfft, we've been on stage 4 for aaages *remembers droughts aren't anything to be proud of* f**k. It's really good to see the green stuff. Actually our dam capacity is down from 60% a year ago to 35% ATM. More rain needed over winter (especially to get some real purdy snow on the hills).
