Did I miss something..How did this get from Force Fans to a 3rd AFL licence for perth? My two bobs worth..Melbourne's full of financially destitute teams that could do no worse than relocate to Perth or SA - not saying they would do too much better, just not worse!

It cost $250M to construct and was built for the Docklands Stadium Consortium.

It actually cost $450m.

From memory, it wasn't that much cheaper than the Olympic stadium.

But we have had these debates before. I think stadia infrastructure should be looked at in the same way as Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland do.

Not just on economic returns. They are public assets for society itself, not there to be simply economic money returning machines.

Its just my personal view.
So let's build a monster stadium just for Australian Football in Perth , Adelaide , Hobart , Sydney , Newcastle , Wollongong and Canberra .
What the heck Darwin and Bendigo as well .

Only for those who didn't renew last year. They only had standing room available for those who were not season ticket holders last year.

You should enjoy reading through the sh*t you posted on this thread a few months back...

Nah, I enjoy correcting propaganda. Its good to get the truth and correct hypocrisy and the one eyed nature of your posts that revolve around how the AFL will have an evangelical church with nobody attacking the sport and everything they ask for an do is a blessing of god.

HALLELUJAJH I am Saved by the greatness

The Evangelical Church of the AFL - Has a nice ring to it.
