Rich people having Foxtel explains why the NRL gets Pay TV's highest ratings. Damn bourgeois Mungoes.

No wonder the AFL is trying to liquidate them.

Reverting to your Pauline Hanson personality are we ?

Just for you ................. the mentally challenged .

For those people that are fisically challenged and have Fox they could lapse their Fox and be richer for the move .

Get it now ?
Stop spending money .
That means you have more money .
More money means that you are richer .

Im still confused.

You started saying that only rich people watch Fox

Now you are lecturing that Fox is an expense that stops people earning more money

40 mins to go till tip off 8)

Bring on the season, there is a few article suggesting this will be the last year of the NBL. But its contrary to participation levels. Could we have the Basketball competition dieing and the Baseball competition taking its place?

I reckon there will be a resurgence next year.

Yes basketball and baseball are basically interchangable. Drop a K and a T and you're done. If you merge all the Queensland basketball teams you'd probably get an average crowd of 10,000 to their baseball team. Add a second home in New Zealand which I would expect to draw 10,000 because it has the same population as Queensland, and that makes a support base of 20,000 which is almost enough to compete in the world series, which if we lose I will be absolutely devestated and if we win I will be ecstatic!

It was just a hypothesis about a basketball league dieing at the same time the Baseball league is set up. The irony is interesting...
