Do you doubt that Pompey could build their own $1bn stadium? Not with their legion of national and international fans? You, sir, are a disgrace to dreamers everywhere!

Simply put, the disturbing trend for working seaports to become gentrified 'public' wank precincts is quickly turning me towards being a champion of global f***ing warming.

1500 waterside apartments above and around the stadium!!!!! They need that to accomodate all the pregnant teenagers.
The waterfront location gives the fans somewhere to jump when the team eventually get relegated.

Awesome stadium in my view...love stadium's on ports...just as I want one on Fremantle Harbour (which has yet to turn into gentrified wank)

If the apartment section wasn't such a wank i wouldn't mind it so much.

that thing is awsome....
they better have a good set of pilot ships there cause you dont want an oil tanker hitting it.
whats wrong with a designed stadium? the apartments would pay off the entire ground, plus there is a population there to support cafe's etc at the base of it..and after all they the are the designers of allianz as well
