TIO Stadium renovation
Looking at the telecast of the Demons vs Dockers game, I see behind one of the goals, something is being built. I have no idea what it is and I would like some info about what's going on there. It appears one renovation to a stadium has snuck under our intelligence until today.

Is it the $15m Michael Long Learning and Leadership Centre or is that already finished?

Whatever it is it is still dirt and concrete, so it's either the Michael Long Centre running late or the fastest concept-design-proposal-development.approval-funding.approval-earthworks-construction process of all time.
