Opened in September 1998, the WIN Entertainment Centre, formally the Wollongong Entertainment Centre, is designed as a multipurpose facility which hosts a variety of concerts, conventions, exhibitions, and sporting events which can be presented on its 1500m² floor.
The facility accommodates a maximum audience of 6,000 however can be configured into at least nine different modes. Positioned in the heart of Wollongong, the Centre is adjacent to WIN Stadium and overlooks the ocean.
The centre is home to the Wollongong Hawks who play in the National Basketball League.
