I will miss the charm of this stadium (as it is getting demolished) because it is iconic and was the main rectangular stadium in Melbourne for many many years. Have great memories there. Good facilities, the viewing for league is OK and the access is good.

I quite like it actually. I competed in athletics on it and it was great. Excellent location and access. Pretty good viewing except from to far end terrace. A shame it's shed-like stand wasn't removed for something more modern. However, it should remain there as an athletics/rugby/football (soccer) ground for many years.

I like it. Home to the mighty Melbourne Storm. The atmosphere is like the old VFL used to be like. Not sterile like Docklands.

Oh the memories of the 1991 GF South Melb vs Melbourne Knights. State of Origin as well. Its a bad stadium. Melbourne Victory would have been glad to see the back of it but the "world capital of sport" (which is really the world capital of AFL) only has this to offer for the worlds most popular sport (and union and league) as rectangular stadia. No, its no good. But, the memories...

Its got bad facilities and your too far back from the action. However, it is in a good location. Overall, its not a good stadium.

This ground is easily the shittiest ive been to. Location is OK...thats it! Apart from that, its a disgrace. At best, this is a training ground. Too far from the action (whats with the running track?) and the seating is rubbish. Its way over rated (I guess thats the aussie way though huh?).

viewed the Melbourne Victory Vs Adelaide United clash at the stadium. This is the worst stadium to view football from, our tickets were at the city end under the electronic scoreboard and we could not see a thing! was very unimpressed!

I am a diehard Storm fan and i have attended 3games at the Stadium since they started in the NRL. Although it has the Suburban feel i am eagerly awaiting the conpletion of The Melbourne Rectangular Stadium(Bubble Stadium) I love Olympic Parks old grandstands, and the good old concrete terraces at each end of the stadium. It also has world class smokers areas and also an undercover dry are!GO STORM!!

While the facilities are lacking, it's quite a nice ground for Soccer & League. It has a unique feel about it, with the running track, old light towers and terraces. You're really not that far from the ground, the view is ok. The big crowds at Melbourne Victory games produce a great atmosphere. Access is good as it's right near Richmond station and is also serviced by a tram station. Also plenty of pubs nearby. While the new stadium at OP will be great, especially facility-wise, I'll miss the charm of Olympic Park Stadium. Hopefully it's maintained as an Athletics venue and not converted into Collingwood's training ground for god sake!
