It's out of date compared to the MCG or the SCG or even the new Adelaide Oval. Too small for the Eagles and Dockers but has a great atmosphere when the crowd is above 32,000. Corporate facilities are out of date but no pint improving the stadium because of the new stadium under construction at Burswood. Overall, Subiaco has a really good atmosphere when full (it's often full or near full) and history, along with the derby adds that special spice to the ground.

Subiaco oval is rapidly improving with more development to come and is coming worldclass.

It's alright they really need to get rid of the benches in parts of the ANZ stand. (Go the Eagles)
