Marrara Stadium, officially known as TIO Stadium due to naming-rights, is part of the Marrara Sports Complex which has several smaller stadiums including a hockey stadium, athletics stadium, indoor basketball stadium, and several outdoor sports grounds. Marrara Stadium is the premier outdoor stadium in Northern Territory and features a main grandstand which was built in 1991 and stretches around the wing with seating for 5,000, with the ground capacity around 12,500.
The stadium is surrounded by a grass embankment and there is also a temporary grandstand in the forward pocket. The new Michael Long Centre is located at one end of the ground and it also has floodlights which are of TV broadcast standard. AFL premiership and pre-season matches are regularly played at TIO Stadium and it is home to local football and cricket teams.
