The Kilburn Sportsplex, commercially known as Distinctive Homes Park, is a football facility located in the inner northern Adelaide suburb of Kilburn. To become the new permanent home of the West Adelaide Soccer Club, the venue is currently in the midst of a major redevelopment which after five years, still isn't completed.
Once the $15 million redevelopment is complete, the venue will feature a capacity of 5,000. The grandstand will have undercover seating for 750 spectators, club offices, a multi-purpose function centre with a capacity for 500 people, media facilities first-class player facilities.
