Titanium Security Arena

Adelaide Arena

Titanium Security Arena, formerly known as Adelaide Arena, is a privately owned, multipurpose indoor facility located on Crittenden Road at Findon. The venue is the home of Basketball SA and has historically been considered the home of basketball in South Australia. The arena is the former home of NBL side Adelaide 36ers who've moved to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre as of the 2019/20 season, however still have their training and administration based at the venue, and play some pre-season games.

Built in 1991 at a cost of nearly $16 million, Adelaide Arena replaced the 3,000-seat capacity Apollo Stadium and while its core business is basketball, the venue also has been used for various other sporting competitions such as Netball, Gymnastics and Inline Hockey.

The versatility of the Dome’s main arena, which can be set up for floor space of over 2100m2 as well as the numerous function rooms within the facility means the venue can be used for any type of event large or small. The capacity for sports events is 8,000 with the Adelaide 36ers regularly pushing that number when they called it home.
