Larrakia Park

Larrakia Park, formerly known as the Darwin Football Stadium, is a rectangular stadium located within the Marrara Sporting Precinct in Darwin. Opened in mid-2007, the stadium provides Darwin with an international standard football (soccer) facility. The complex includes two full sized football fields. The main field includes a grandstand with seating for 1120 spectators as well as floodlighting suitable for night matches. The total capacity is around 6,000. The stadium was officially opened on Saturday 28th July 2007 when it played host to an A-League Pre-Season game between Perth Glory and Melbourne Victory.
