Cockburn ARC
The Cockburn ARC (aquatic and recreation centre) is a large community facility located in the city of Cockburn and is the training and administration headquarters of the Fremantle Dockers Football Club. The AFL club moved to the new facility in 2017 - relocating from Fremantle Oval. It features a training oval big enough to replicate every AFL ground and a GPS program that shows instantly where goal posts and markings can be moved to replicate other stadium dimensions, plus an indoor training facility and other facilities to house the AFL club. The training oval, known as the Victor George Kailis Oval, has lighting and an estimated capacity of around 3,000 but has the capacity to grow in the future. At this stage, there doesn't appear to be any plans for the club to host AFLW or AFL pre-season matches at their headquarters.
