Austadiums 2019 Stadium Awards

Voting has now closed for the Austadiums 2019 Stadium Awards (VIEW THE AWARD WINNERS HERE). During December, fans had the opportunity to vote for Australia’s best sports stadium across seven categories and Australia’s best stadium overall.

Submit your vote now to have your say – entries close at 9pm on December 27 so get your vote in now to avoid missing out. Keep an eye on the Austadiums website and social media channels for updates and the final winners will be announced shortly following the cut-off date.

The Melbourne Cricket Ground was awarded the best stadium in Australia in the inaugural Austadiums awards last year and our biggest stadium will be vying to go back-to-back, but it has plenty of competition with Optus Stadium and the new Bankwest Stadium, among others, eager to win the public vote. View all 2018 winners here.

As well as Australia’s best sports stadium overall, fans also have the chance to vote on Australia’s best cricket stadium, AFL and NRL stadiums, the best major and rectangular stadium, as well as Australia’s best regional stadium and best indoor arena.

To enter, simply fill out the online voting form – it takes a few minutes to complete. We’ve made it easier this year by supplying some options or you can vote for any other stadium you wish, while we’ve only made the best overall stadium mandatory, while the minor categories are all optional to complete. Please note, you may only vote once for your entry to be valid and multiple entries will be removed from the final results.

MORE INFO
You can vote on eight categories, including Australia's best overall stadium, which is the only mandatory question. The remaining seven minor categories are all optional, but we encourage you to vote on all. These include best cricket, AFL and NRL stadiums, followed by the best major stadium, rectangular stadium, regional stadium (outside of a capital city) and best indoor arena. Select a stadium from the bullet list or type in your own. You also need to supply your name and email to verify your entry – optionally you can have your email address signed-up to receive the Austadiums Newsletter. Entries opened Monday, 16 December and close at 9:00pm (AEDT) on Friday, 27 December 2019. Winners will be announced on the Austadiums website following this date.
