Media Rights Deals

Rather than post in sport threads I've started a new one - because media rights negotiations tend to span multiple seasons, and events in one sport impact upon the others.
AFL - looking for 1.6 - 1.8 Billion. Suggestion that one fixture per week would be league owned and sold directly to fans on pay per view. Elsewhere suggestions of a 10 year deal worth up to 4 billion.

Channel 10 also interested in AFL rights, however they're also going after NRL.
