Your not joining your fellow evangelist in support of the Football World Cup...
I see soccer fans being ecstatic .
I can see the AFL getting stadiums .
I don't see any positives for rl .
I see a small positive for RU .

Increased capacity at Suncorp.
New stadium in Townsville.
New stadium in Canberra.
Possible new WS stadium.
Redevelopments at SFS and ANZ.
Sounds pretty good for rl to me.

Rugby League will get a bigger stadium in Brisbane which will allow them to garner more money from State Of Origin and more competition from the North for major games including the Grand Final. There will be positives for every other major sport (perhaps Cricket may not get much out of it unless they can use any of the new stadiums in Perth or Adelaide for say Twenty20.

The SACA are enthusiastic about the AO redevelopment but is that situation due to the WC or egan's favourite CEO ?

I wish WARL all the best and I support their inclusion in the NRL over other sides that are bidding to come into the comp.
Unlike the AFL and you Nines, I am not paranoid about other sport.
I embrace it

You hate it when AFL is not considered the best sport in the known and unknown universe and if I don't say exactly what you want me to say
You also hate to present facts and the truth about other sports...
You hate AFL .
Yet loves Australian Rules Football...AFL is not a sport. I have no fears about any sport.
You however fear cricket, Union, League and Soccer...
The Evangelical church you create will have a good minister in your good self.

People high up in RU fear where RU is going , not me .

Why , because they seem to do everything the AFL way ?

What , fear 2400 people on the GC or Glory crowds ?
I do fear falling asleep watching soccer .

Nines, you wouldn't develop all the threads you do attacking other codes and promoting evangelical AFL if you didn't fear the other codes...
The evangelicals fear everything that is not just and right. That is to continue to say nothing negative about the AFL...
