well lay it on us brother, we be loving laughing at the Aussie Bogue and its 'inventiveness' as it seeks to stand out from the crowd at Westfield by lumbering its numerous offspring with increasingly bizarre monikers:)
God I can't believe these people vote( a real worry of mine considering the current election campaign:( )
So far one of the better ones has been a bloke who tried throwing us off the trail by lying to us about being in prison. As in, he actually lied that he was in prison.... when he wasn't. Some pretty tidy work there. When we tracked down the ex wife and asked about it she said 'yeah the prick does it all the time to get out of child support.' We cut a deal with him - pay us 25%, get your sh*t and f**k off. He was there with a van in 6 hours.

You can't confess your mutli by responding with your regular ID. Yob = multi fail.

I had a client tell me that his son had died to get out of a doctor's appointment. He hadn't.

I swear, that phrase and the redheaded clown(no, not Ronald Mcdonald)'s over-use of "moving forward" has me wishing we could just FF this election to Aug21st already..I'm over it, and I like politics usually.

The one that really pisses me off is "Sustainability". Whether it's the private sector or government, the word has been exploited so much its meaning has been pretty much changed to "We don't actually give a sh*t, but we're pretending we do".

Oh I agree, this governance by ' sound-bite - repeat pithy slogan ad nauseum' politicking is driving me up the wall from both sides..It is an insult to intelligence, although reading the comments section of my daily newsLimited paper assures me that intelligence and education are in short supply in the electorate, hence the lowering of politicking standards:(

I don't get this reference, whats wrong with Yasi?, I guess once you use Yvette and Yvonne or Yumi, there really aren't a lot of female Y names for the BOM to use.

So if you had a baby last night (especially in FNQ), would you call it Yasi?

Actually this cyclone wasn't named by Australia. As it started near Fiji, they got the naming rights...
