Incredible. For a building in a developed country that is less than 15 years old to have its roof collapse without a natural disaster.

these failures of roof structures are few and far between , however there has been a few in recent years ,the metrodome, and the stadium in Malaysia a couple of years back as well....oh and Docklands Gutters...HA HA
