out of all the big concerts in Australia ive been to I would give the nod to the SFS...or the old boiler room at the RHI from the early BDO's

SFS is good for concerts.

I read a few weeks ago that Michael Jackson's BAD World Tour played its Sydney gigs at Parramatta Stadium. That would have been a good venue, everyone in pretty close and you could have over 30,000.

It seems there was a possibility of an Aus/NZ leg of the tour in Feb/Mar next year, but for some reason talks with the promoter have been put off.
