Have they started constructing yet?
How can the stadium be ready in 2008 when a Melbourne stadium with a relatively similar capacity wont be ready by 2010.
I know theres a agreement between telstra dome and the government but it could be ready by then so they could get the playing surface right.

I drove past the site 3 weeks ago and it was just grass. No construction at all.

Been open for one season and they want to expand it from 22,500 to 30,000.
