I went down to Hobart this past week and took a drive past Bellerive Oval.It looks like they are making pretty good progress on the new grandstand on the city side of the ground.

New stand looks pretty good.
Overall I just don't like the new Bellerive though. The ground's character was tied up in the Derwent River view, now blocked. Also the the members stand is basically a f***ing disgrace. Looks like a doll's packaging with the plastic see through window so you can check out barbie's rack.

Not sure I like the integration of the stands at Bellerive. Saying that when I went there in 09 it was a cracking setup...
