I'll preface this in saying that I haven't been here for tennis, only for wrestling a couple of times. I don't know why this schmick, modern stadium has such poor facilities - there is not enough food, drink or smoking areas here. If you're silly enough to walk outside at intermission (which would be the same as walking out after a tennis match), you will find the walkways nowhere near big enough. Bottlenecks and crushes are all part of the experience. Positives though are the viewing - there aren't too many bad seats here (although there are some) - and the access, as it is with everything in the Melbourne sports precinct.
