A lot of fond memories here, but the stadium despirately needs an upgrade to compete with todays megastadiums. Bench seats hard and uncomfortable, not enough food or drink outlets.
Set on one of Brisbane's busiest intersections weekday events cause mayham and public transport is poor.
On the plus site the stadium is on a hill that gives a spectacular feeling of being on top of the world especially at the U2 concert.

At the recent U2 concert general admission patrons waited 1 and a half hours to enter the venue as only one gate access was utilised. I feel this incompetence was an embarrassment for the city of brisbane who made an international band of this calibre delay their act by half an hour waiting for all the patrons to enter the venue.

Old home of the broncos, but its to far away from everything (you do feel close to the action and there is no real electric atmosphere). Luckily the is now Suncorp.

this stadium is the old home of the brisbane broncos and the atmosphere of the place is the best.... GO THE BRONCOS!!!!!
