With an all-purpose inner track area, the Chandler Velodrome is more than just a world class cycling stadium. The venue is suitable for hosting a wide variety of events, from Olympic standard cycling, to rock concerts, rallies, motorcross and speedway championships. In 2001 it hosted the cycling events for the 2001 Goodwill Games. The velodrome has grandstand seating for 3,500.
