Williamstown Football Ground

Williamstown Football Ground is an oval sports ground perched on the cliffs edge at Williamstown. Commercially known as DSV Stadium and sometimes referred to as Point Gellibrand Oval, the ground is often subject to strong winds while offering a terrific view of the ocean. The ground is home to VFL side Williamstown Seagulls and was redeveloped between 2010 and 2012 with the grandstand completely renovated with new spectator facilities including large function room, new seating, player facilities, electronic scoreboard and new playing surface. Previously known as Burbank Oval and as of 2019, Downer Oval following a new naming-rights deal. It has since reverted to its non-commercial name of Williamstown Football Ground.
