St Marys Leagues Stadium

Located at the Northern end of St Marys Rugby League Club's premises, St Marys Leagues Stadium (formerly known as Western Weekender Stadium) boasts a modern 520-seat grandstand which also includes corporate facilities for a further 200, a ground capacity of 7,000, advanced lighting and a state of the art electronic scoreboard.

Costing around $5 million dollars, building a stadium of this calibre was deemed an enormous gamble by St Marys management, but after watching the Stadium be constructed, and seeing the finished product, the club believe it is an extremely viable investment that we are sure to benefit from in the future.

The stadium has already hosted a number of major sporting attractions such as the National Under 15 Schoolboys, Rugby League World Sevens Wildcard Qualifying Tournament, a Frank Farina Select Soccer match, Metropolitan Cup Grandfinals and Penrith JRL finals, while the presence of a joint St Marys - Penrith team in the Jim Beam Cup and Premier League Competitions has ensured first class rugby league is played at the venue on a regular basis.
