There's something about the Rose Bowl that attracts me. I love it.. both the game and the stadium.

You've got to give credit to a culture that understands the importance of games and stadiums like the Rose Bowl. Even if college football existed in Australia, I doubt it would have survived the rationalisation, aggregation and commercialisation we have in Australia. Commercialisation? I saw my first jersey with a sponsor on it - in Australia - Eastern suburbs and City Ford. Thirty-two years later and I'm still yet to see sponsors the sacred uniforms of US sporting teams.

I've gotta admit.. seeing the B2 fly over the Rosebowl was one of the coolest things I've seen at a sporting event in a long time. It was surreal, like something out of a SCI-FI movie. Tradition and SCI-FI.. what a mix!

day after i visit the liberty bowl the local news had a live cross to the stadium for a story on how it's not been wheelchair accessible, particularly for the last 19 years.

great looking stadium, though.

Wait till you get back to NZ. We wouldn't want to occupy too much of your time.

i need to clear some space on my memory cards anyway.

Kiwi chicks are great.

I dated a kiwi chick once.

She took me to see the toothbrush fence.

You could have done that WITHOUT being in the same room. Think outside the square.

Cheers for the shots.

The scoreboard outside the venue is very interesting. But it works!
