Typical Sydneysider...Can't go to more than one sport...Or is that typical Canberran (even worse than a Sydneysider when it comes to sport)

Correct.

http://www.scgt.nsw.gov.au/Dress-Regulations.html

Acceptable

* A collared shirt must be worn at all times, irrespective of whether or not a jacket or collared sweater is worn over the shirt. The only exception is where a turtleneck sweater is worn underneath a jacket
* Dress shorts or trousers
* Fully enclosed shoes, including sneakers are permitted provided they are clean and in good condition

Unacceptable

* Shirts without a collar, irrespective of whether or not a jacket or collared sweater is worn over the shirt
* T-shirts Open toe shoes (including leather slides) or unclean footwear
* Board shorts, Hawaiian style shorts or brief shorts (i.e. football or athletic shorts)
* Tracksuit pants or work overalls
* Ragged, unclean or torn clothing (even if ‘designer’ tears)
* Clothing with racist, offensive or obscene messages
* Rubber thongs, dilapidated shoes, gumboots, crocs, moccasins, Ugg boots or slippers

Hmm, it seems a bit steep when the A-League manufacture sleeveless playing shirts. May have to bring a change of clothes when I go and visit the away bay...

We could choose the blingers pub in the Captain Cook Hotel

That would go down well...

Dunno, depends on what people are wanting to do. Maybe outside a train station. I will message Beastjim my phone number, as I have crows and Jeffles number already.

I'd actually fear for your safety in a slight way if I wasn't there.

And no this isn't a bullshit post either. It's actually of concern.

I was joking with that comment mate...

But I would love to see them bash a Glory fan, based on banter on the internet. Would show how ridiculous they really are. Or it would be the defence of coming into our pub

"Best fans in the league" they are...

I've never bothered to buy the polos because I always buy the home shirt...

I just find it slightly ridiculous for a working class sport that is football has restrictions in a members area. Especially when the playing tops are collarless, unlike Cricket.

Jokes aside, as I said it is a post of concern. I have copped enough comments from people in person expressing their dislike to know it just takes one idiot. Especially if I am not there.

Football shirts used to have collars and many of them still do. But irregardless of whatever the status a sport has or had, members areas have a certain dress code and unless you are at a nudist colony the first one is always a collared shirt.

Remember the members area at SFS is essentially an extension of the SCG.
