Because the only competition for most events is other scandinanvian countries and the US, i.e countries with major ski fields.

And even then, we beat Finland in the last winter olympics - probably the eqivalent to them beating is at Australian football.

I think before Cricket is given a shot at the Olympics it should be trialled at the Comm Games at least twice in 20/20 format only.
