New owners? Who's going to want to own them?

Lose a shitload of money whilst being about as popular as aids.....not exactly a great sales pitch.

There are a number of consortiums to take over the glory license. The break even figure for it is easily attainable under an owner who is not clinically insane.

Copy the link into Google and click search. Then click on the link that comes up. That's all it takes to get past Rupert's laughable paywall.

I hope West Ham weren't looking to build their profile down here

BTW, Toronto v Tottenham is starting now. Stadium is half full. What more do they need?!

I don't care about the paywall (as I'm clearly never paying a cent for it), I'm not giving him a page click.

I sample from a wide range of media, from The Age to the Green Left Weekly and ABC to find the deeper truth

Obviously what they need is for me to say the stadium is half full, because now it's more or less full.

BMO is an impressive football specific stadium, and has a great view of one of Toronto's skylines. Has no shelter on the stands, but you'd have to engineer something truly monstrous to hold the weight of that much snow.

The pitch for the AU/Malaga friendly at Adelaide Oval has been jammed up to the eastern side as closely as possible to the grand stand. View from there will be pretty good. Rest of the ground will be sheeet. They wouldn't be expecting over 25,000.

Will get four times more people to the game than Glory will on Sunday...

We'll see I guess. I'm not too confident on either to be honest.

Who know's...it also didn't report what actually happened - player mutiny.

In fairness though, nobody has got the quotes they can put on record.

The Australian is our best paper by a mile, but I don't go near the sport section.
