Mr Spud, Australia is 2/0/2 (Rice, Trickett then Schipper and the womens 4x100). I don't know why you took away one of our bronzes.

Great 4x100m mens relay. The way the US gained the lead on the final leg - a ripper. Unfortunately 7 commentators were too busy concentrating on the Aussies (a distant third). Poor call towards the end. The office was cheering on the Frogs to deny Phelps the 8 gold.

we missed out on another bronze by 0.04 in the womens 100m back..and liam tancock got touched out in the mens 100m back to finish 6th,could easily have got a bronze or silver...

considering the last time we won a gold in the pool was in 1988...the last woman to win one was in 1960....our swimmers are having a cracking meet..and it ain't over yet .

Shows you how the Brits only give a stuff about one thing and thats beating the Aussies medal tally.

We have bigger fish to fry to maintain our 4th placing on the Games tables.

We couldn't give a stuff where Britain finishes...they are small fish

Ahhh finally getting away from things water based. Silver in the team Equestrian 3 day event. Might be another medal coming up in the individual 3 day event as well.

Australia 3-2-5 10.

Overall the Chinese seem to be doing well enough to take it home, but I guess don't count out the American's yet. Although the Americans would claim they are on top atm because they have a bigger total......
