Yeah the site was probably more than likely being indexed at the time by a search engine. Having said that, site traffic is increasing, we're averaging about 900 visits per day now.

Feel free to email or private message me user names you think have purely registered to advertise something, and I'll investigate and delete if necessary. (I've just done a quick scan through the members page and deleted 10 users)

Great addition with google Earth.
I can see a new horizon underneath the blazin' sky
I'll be where the eagle's flying higher and higher
Gonna be your man in motion, all I need is a pair of wheels
Take me where my future's lyin', St. Elmo's Fire

Up to 98 stadiums...good to see Google Earth have updated so Members Equity Stadium can now be seen

I took the time showing Cam were the Perth Stadiums were, thus the amazing amount of obscure Perth Stadiums on the map

Is good to see were all the stadiums are relative to the city...as I suggested before, is fantastic addition.

Another addition: The news is now integrated into the stadiums section. If there is related news for a stadium, it appears at the bottom of the main stadium page. Click on view more to see all news for that particular stadium. eg: www.austadiums.com/stadiums/stadiums_news.php?id=71

Also, at the bottom of news articles, you'll see related links (to stadiums and internal/external links).

A great new feature has just been added to the site...

You can now view satellite images & maps for the majority of stadiums. Simply go to a stadium page, and if this feature is available for that particular venue, a 'Satellite/Map' link will appear on the sub menu on the right-hand side. Click this to view the Google Maps image. You can then zoom in/out and move around, all inside the Australian Stadiums website!

Cheers mate.

Does anyone have crowds for:
ARC: Aces v Rays (Sunday)
Commonwealth Bank Trophy Semi Finals (double header) at Acer

Actually, to see a full list of crowds I don't have, see the following link (most recent at top of list): http://www.austadiums.com/submitinfo/sport.php

Some updates/new features on the website I've been working on for a while have been uploaded tonight.

These include:
- Austadiums Mobile
- Austadiums Membership rebranded 'MyAustadiums' - this section has been re-done from scratch. View events for your home stadium, view your events (more on that below), view most popular states & home stadiums. If you're not a member, make sure you sign up.
- myEvents - you can now add events to your profile, do this from any event page - once added they will appear in your profile and some on the front page of the site. The idea is so you don't forget about future events you may want to attend etc. This is just the beginning, it will be expanded on..
- Sports & Leagues pages have been re-done. Eg: www.austadiums.com/sport/sport.php?sid=3
- Crowd stats on sports/leagues pages: for summer sports (A-League, Basketball etc), the crowds are now calculated from june 1 to july 30, so it's more relevant info.
- Various other pages have been updated to make use of more space, get more info in etc.
- A number of pages had errors due to various reasons including server configuration updates etc, most of these errors have been fixed, some include the sports events search & the RSS News feed.

And there are other updates here and there, probably forgotten to mention a few. This is phase one done, plenty more planned...

Also, fixtures have been added for the 2009 AFL, Super 14, ANZ Championship, first 5 rounds of NRL & more.

I welcome any feedback - email: admin@austadiums.com

You can tell its annual leave time for Cam

Good work mate!

Let's hope eventually a company realises all the hardwork you have put in and you can come out even on the time and money invested into a site, that has grown larger then most of the old timers ever imagined.

Its now a fairly well known website in the sports web world in Australia.

'Cause I've got a brand new combine harvester and I'll give you the key,
Come on now let's get together in perfect harmony.
Oh I got 20 acres and you got 43,
Now I've got a brand new combine harvester and I'll give you the key.
