Hello all,

You may have noticed some small improvements across Austadiums. With it averaging 3,000 visits per day and some days peaking at over 8,000, improvements are well overdue! Not going to list them all, but there have been several improvements and fixes with many more to come including the homepage, sport, crowds section & members area... and everywhere else. Also the forum will be down for maintenance sometime in the near future as it's upgraded to the latest version. We'll encourage visitors to contribute information/updates/etc by bringing back that section of the site.

Thanks everyone for your ongoing support of the site. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.. please feel free to contact me via admin@austadiums.com

Cheers,
Cam

I'm getting this error pretty much any time I try to use the "View unread posts" function:

"Sorry but you cannot use search at this time. Please try again in a few minutes."

See how you go now. Just tweaking with a few settings as it's killing performance on the website server. Let me know if you're still receiving it..

Cheers,
Cam

Can someone edit the Gabba crowd record. The crowd vs. Collingwood on 11 May 2012 was 27,926

Thanks for picking that up. It was actually the result & crowd figure from the Essendon v West Coast in the wrong game. Has been corrected now.

Definitely. Many have been updated over time but there are many more which are in urgent need of a refresh. Any info & photos people can send through would be a huge help. Visit this page: http://www.austadiums.com/contribute/stadium.php or email admin@austadiums.com
You can sort stadiums by when they were last updated on the stadiums index page.

Thanks

There are NO cricket events on the Austadiums page apart from the ICC world cup games. Can this be addressed?

There was a bit of a delay getting cricket events into the system, but all fixtures except Sheffield Shield went in Wednesday night. Shield games will follow soon.

Austadiums is now better on mobile. The new mobile site is now live although it's a work in progress with a few things to finish off and more features to come. It's got stadium info/details, maps, directions via google maps, seating maps, sport/events, news and tweets. Simply visit the site from your mobile and you'll automatically be redirected to the mobile version of the site.

Feedback welcome!

My name is Dr. Worm.
Good morning. How are you? I'm Dr. Worm.
I'm interested in things.
I'm not a real doctor,
But I am a real worm;
I am an actual worm.
I live like a worm.
I like to play the drums.
