They should have pixelated the name on the grand stand so as not to offend football fans

SBS - The World Game‏@TheWorldGame

LATEST; Western Sydney Wanderers will play all 13 of its home A-League games out of Parramatta Stadium. More to come soon #theworldgame

Doncaster Rovers have been appallingly ripped off here:

For Heart and AUFC away they could wear the Black and red hooped shirt, black shorts and black socks. For Brissy away they could wear the away shirt, white shorts and white socks.

Those are some good combos to have. They've done well I reckon.

Western Sydney Wanderers sign two imports from Croatia and the fans start to claim there is a policy of racial preference. The fans of the game seem to be the games worst enemy.

The fans of the new club are going out of their way to show how friendly they are...

What the hell inspires people to show up to a sporting event (let alone a practice match), not supporting either team, for the sole purpose of causing trouble?

Ben Buckley out, David Gallop in at the FFA according to the SMH. I think I'm happy with that, though I was very happy when BB was appointed. I think Gallop has done a very good job for the NRL since the end of the SL war. RL fans are tough to please and a lot of them haven't appreciated just how difficult the job is and how little discretionary cash the NRL has to spend when compared to the AFL.

Del Piero signing now officially signed for Sydney FC.

Easily the most important signing for the A-League to date...
