It's popular. It won't go.

New year, same old story. Penrioth can't put a team away, Warriors get stage fright in front of a big crowd at Eden Park. Interesting stat about the Puke. There have been two KiwisTests and two Warriors matches there. The home side has lost them all. It's a rugby union curse.

Not when they are playing union against Australia though....Then it is a wallabies curse.

Sorry, the crow but I need to say this:

There aren't many things better than Souths getting thrashed. But one of them is watching them lose by letting in two tries in the last three minutes.

even though i've seen the highlights, seems like the best thing about the warriors game was the skydiver who smashed himself on the turf at the puke.

Does the license transfer somewhere else. It will be funny if Skilled Stadium becomes a white elephant on the back of the Titans failing...

There's another report about the Michael Searle wanting to sell a 25% stake of the Titans group to the only gullible fuckwits that think it's a good investment - the PNG Government. Although truth be told it's probably more about their diplomats and ministers having somewhere to go on someone else's money. Further, GC got an advance on the TV money from the NRL again this year! Michael Searle's business accumen is a myth.

^ Probably a chance for them to go and play a few home games in Port Moresby.

No chance of that. The PNG fat cats want an excuse to visit the Gold Coast - close to casinos and away from PNG media.
