More importantly, how many of those days were more than 30% of the capacity of the proposed redeveloped ground?

Is this too simple .?
Cricket bodies calculate a modest over rate for the length of test .
Each side has a maximum of half the maximum number of overs .
The use of overs can be spread over both innings .
Then we would get a result with the team scoring most winning.
