Re: The Rugby Thread
Hopefully tonight's poor effort by Mr Cooper has put an end to the chances of his elevation to the Wallabies squad for the foreseeable future.

Re: The Rugby Thread
Great game by the Wallabies and the Lions. Missing a penalty that would have won the game right on full time because he slipped as he took the kick was very unfortunate for Beale (and the Wallabies). The atmosphere generated by a sell out crowd at Suncorp Stadium was fantastic. Can't wait for the 2nd test in Melbourne.

Re: The Rugby Thread
Lions let off twice the second time Bradbury style....not to mention O'Connors early misses. To much ball turned over and Aussies injuring themselves on the pitch. I thought they defended well until they let some easy tries in....as always Suncorp had a great atmosphere.
Turf at suncorp was shocking, SOO is going to be interesting as a result.

Re: The Rugby Thread
Great to have a win. Would like to see the Wallabies not just let the ball bounce off their chests when its thrown to them.
George North picking up Israel Folau was pretty good though.

So it appears the fat people could expand to 18 teams with 2 Argie teams and another South African. A possible model would see an A-NZ conference and SAF-SAM conference.
