I've "been" to the Seoul WC Stadium. Wandered around the perimeter, visited the shopping mall that's built into the facade and went up the hill next door to take some scenic pics as the fog rolled in. It's quite an active area outside of game day.

Honestly, how persuasive must the track and field lobby be around the world. Every local body must tell the authorities that a running track will lure Usain Bolt.

I cannot understand why so many tracks keep being built.
