So it is. Have those trees always been on the outer boundary? Unlike Vic Park, Glenferrie looks like it was never really a top flight football ground. When did they leave to play full time at Waverley?

Glenferrie hasn't hosted a game since the early 70's.

Princes Park first before Waverley. Which is why the original name of the Pratt Stand was the Hawthorn Stand.Simmo79 wrote:So it is. Have those trees always been on the outer boundary? +1 Many of the other VFL grounds you can see how they used to be top flight grounds...Its got me buggered how they managed to fit a pre-AFL VFL-sized crowd into that space?Simmo79 wrote:So it is. They counted the passengers on the trains going past the outer wing in the crowd size.Adelaide_United_Red wrote:+1 Many of the other VFL grounds you can see how they used to be top flight grounds...Its got me buggered how they managed to fit a pre-AFL VFL-sized crowd into that space?Simmo79 wrote:So it is.
